Matt is the visionary behind Hola Café & Market. With a background in international business and a love for Latin culture, he set out to create more than just a café—a space where authentic food and genuine connection come together. His passion drives the brand forward, always with the goal of building community and celebrating culture. When he’s not at Hola, you’ll probably find him on the tennis court, exploring new ideas, or catching the latest film.
Sebas
Owner / COO
Sebas is a thinker, a storyteller, and the driving force behind Hola’s culture. With a background in psychology and years of experience leading teams, he brings a deep understanding of people into everything we do. At Hola, he blends creativity with strategy, shaping an inclusive space that feels both welcoming and inspiring. Outside of work, Sebas loves cooking, writing, and sparking conversations that make you see the world differently.
Angela
Head Chef
Angela brings both heart and skill to our kitchen. With years of experience in hospitality, she makes sure every dish feels as comforting as it is flavorful. Her nurturing spirit shines through in the way she treats guests—like family. Outside of work, Angela enjoys time with her loved ones, self-care rituals, and finding balance in everyday life.
Leidy
General Manager
Leidy is the heart of Hola. As our general manager, she keeps everything running smoothly—whether it’s in the kitchen or with our guests up front. Known for her calm and caring nature, she makes everyone feel welcome and at home. Outside of Hola, Leidy loves spending time with her children and staying close to family, which inspires the warmth she brings to our space every day.
